갖추고 있습니다. 커피는 엔셋(false banana)과 함께 재배되며, 옥수수도 생산합니다. 수분은 멀칭, 그늘 조성, 엔셋 재배를 통해 관리합니다. 상시 직원 5명과 수확기 인력 10명이 근무하며, 건조 베드 50개를 보유하고 있습니다. 이 랏은 74158 품종과 시다모 토착 재래종(landrace)으로 구성되어 있으며, 해발 1,900–2,200m에서 가지치기, 병해충 관리 등이 있습니다. 강우량은 작물 재배에 충분하며, 호라 게네트에서의 커피 재배는 지역 공동체에 문화적·경제적으로 중요한 의미를 지닙니다. 내추럴 가공의 경우, 잘 익은 체리를 과육을 그대로 둔 채 햇볕에 건조합니다. 커피는 건조 베드나 파티오에 펼쳐 균일한 건조와 곰팡이 방지를 위해 정기적으로 뒤집어
